We hope King’s Hall will be a place to network, relax, listen, and browse. A fair-trade café will be open during the day and stalls will be in the main hall for you to look and shop for instruments, music, jewellery, and much more.
Community Church meets at the King’s Hall from 10:30am-12:30pm on Sunday morning. Some of the festival musicians may be playing at a traditional music service at King’s Hall during that time.

10:00am -12:00pm The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland: Traditional Music Graded Exams
Head of Scottish Music, Dr Josh Dickson and Fiddle Instructor Alistair McCulloch will lead a seminar on the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's graded fiddle exams. Open to teachers, players and parents the seminar will cover the format and structure of the exams, repertoire, marking and exam sessions. Please come along and find out more!

Tunes! Come and play with other musicians from the festival. We’ll give you a place to play to your hearts’ content.

Pick up the fiddle for the first time and try some simple techniques and notes. Isla has a lot of experience and patience helping new students to begin their journey on the fiddle.
